Calories and exercise aside, I know it’s really hard but a plateau is completely normal and an adjustment time to allow your body to set down to its new normal. Last year I remained on the same weight for 8 months 😩 I exercised for 89 days straight, I did everything “right” but no amount of will or force could make my body change. I pushed through because I knew the only thing worse than not losing weight was if I gained weight back….. and eventually it happened

Could it be possible that your body is happy to be at this weight?

I plataued for about 5-6 months. Intermittent Fasting helped me to get the scale moving again and ended landing in double digit zone. Maybe you can try it

Try reverse dieting.
Your body adjusts to the lower amount of calories (meaning it can function on only 1700 daily). SO upping your calories to maintenance will make your body work harder. Try it for a month and see what happens.

Might be the muscle you are gaining from the weightlifting, try measuring in cm(waist circumference, arms etc). You might also realise that even though the scale is being a b**tch, your clothes tell a different story

Try reduce the amount of exercise so your body can actually recover, it could be over compensating to retain energy due to excessive exercising. And instead of focusing on calorie counting rather start looking at what you are actually eating
