I am trying intermittent fasting, so far this is my third day in finding that I have no felt hungry and have loads of energy besides the great weight loss after my first day 😬
86.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
