How to stop a peanut butter craving??
62.5 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

😮I have never tried, peanut butter is my snack of choice, I eat it straight from the jar with a spoon most days, between myself and my boys we go through about 4kg's a month😋

I buy those little 50g containers from Checkers, easier to avoid temptation when you don't have a whole jar in the house 😅

The more you resist the urge, the bigger it will get. Trust me. Work peanut butter into your calorie budget. Your body will thank you :)
