I'm really happy that I'm steadily losing weight. I've been putting in a lot of hard work and I was tired of being stuck in that plateau that lasted nearly 8 months. I suppose it was necessary to stabilize my metabolism, but now I'm revving and I'm ready to go. I just need to make sure I eat enough in order to sustain my energy. I find that I've lost much of my appetite after doing all of this appetite, but I can feel my blood sugar levels being low after workouts. It's a fine balance. But I can do this.
I'm only 2.4 pounds away from that new pair of sneakers, I can't wait, neither can my knee!
