This is the least I have weighed in this weight loss journey. I'm tired of fluctuating and my personal goal is to now beat this weight. Mindset is everything...how do you change your mindset ? tips?
89.7 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
