I was disappointed in myself yesterday for eating a whole whopper w/cheese BUT i plan to stick with my plan today so far no sugar in my coffee and planning on having a grapefruit in 1hr. No carb day today to make up for yesterday!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
