I am totally off my game. I hate myself, my body, how I look for myself and even more hate I myself for not making my goals. Not even starting to make my goals. As diabetic and 65 years old I feel useless. I just have to!!!! Have to. For my own mental health and body. So again today I start. 6 years ago at the grave of my murdered mother I weight 72.8 kg. THAT IS MY GOAL AGAIN.
