Went to pilates last night, boy, it was tough! But this week I quit the junk food, candy and chips. Today I went for an hour walk. Felt pretty good, too. I hate having to think about everything I eat all day long.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
