Convinced the digital scale doesn’t like the cold! 8 km run yesterday and up by 0.4kg ?! 🤔
75.3 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week

Must be the muscles building up

I read somewhere that muscles that were worked hard retain water to aid healing, don't quote me on it though, too early in the morning for my brain but it made sense at the time that you would see an increase with an increase in exercise. Give it a day or two!

I get heavier for about a week if I exercise... Your cm's should matter more than a scale if you exercise

I think @striding to health is correct. I always weigh more the day after a heavy training day.

It’s you body retaining water, after carbs and exercise our body holds onto a lot of water 😇
