Yes yes!!!!!!!!!!!! Broke that 3 month plateau! Intermittent fasting is working plus low carb.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes I drink tons of water and I can have black coffee! I stop eating at 8pm and then can eat again at noon the next day. So it’s the 16/8 fast
