Almost forgot to weigh today due to the holiday weekend. Still have good and bad days, but still making progress. Some days I follow very well and others I know I'm over eating but do it anyway. Need to get more consistent.
145.8 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
