So, so discouraged. I don't know what would account for a 4 lb. gain unless it has something to do with my severe sunburn which includes inflammation. I didn't work out this week because of the sunburn but that should not account for a 4 lb. gain. Almost sounds physically impossible!! So, I had a full blown break down today which included crying alot. I told my husband it's like working really hard all week at your job and then, when you open your paycheck you find that you didn't get paid anything. In addition, not only didn't you get paid but they took money from you!! Well, tomorrow's another day.
