drinking alot of water , fasting 16 to 18 hours, lots of greens and some fruit. no bread , milk or cheese. seems to be working.. still atleast 15 lbs to go. hope I don't weaken . so far so good.. also bike ride when I can.. no alcohol of any kind.. no sugar... strawberry ice cream is my weakness but that's off limits for now.. average 600 to 1000 calories and day.
88.8 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
