Hey, it's okay not to lose weight every week. :)
Personally, I've been lifting weights since 1984 and know it's very hard to lift and lose weight at the same time.
If you are focusing mainly on cardio, then just take it a bit easier on yourself. Don't overdue it?
and accept that progress will happen as it happens and not necessarily as you want it to. :)
I'd say take your measurements if you haven't already done so.
Measure ankles, calves, thighs, hips, waist at 3 points, chest expanded, shoulders, neck, biceps, forearms and wrists.
As you may know, If you are gaining muscle from this exercise, the weight will shift, since muscle weighs more than fat, you likely LOOK a lot better, but have no reference. hence the baseline measurements.
