hi all so a little warning comes to you all with this good weight loss. be careful about how you are feeling, if you have concerns consult a GP , my weight loss and fitness changes over 4 years has hidden an issue, just found out I now have a super low heart rate that needs urgent investigation. I am positive it's my BP tablets but it was scary do please guys keep on top of any other concerns you have x
