Well....I had been putting off the routine blood work that most adults are recommended to have done after 40. Finally, this past weekend, just 2 weeks after turning 43, I decided to go. *Cue Doom music* Dun Dun Duuunnn.....I am prediabetic and my LDL levels were a bit high. Of course I freaked out and almost had a panic attack the next day. I bought a glucose monitor and am making even more changes to my lifestyle to hopefully improve my health. The scale is still going in the right direction. I exercise almost an hour a day and my diet is almost B+ or A level. Send positive vibes guys 😊
