Low carb diet seems to agree with me. I started my diet change on June 20 and reduced my carb intake from 150 + to 50 or lower. I feel better overall with fewer stomach problems, more energy and I sleep better plus it was less of a struggle for me to lose 19 pounds. I know this is not for everyone and there are some cons. The main thing is to find out what works for you stick with it, and don't give up.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
