Is it common to lose 5 lbs in 3 days? I'm a little concerned about rapid weight fluctuations. I walked this morning and hit the weights yesterday. Had a delicious lamb shank yesterday as well and will bake a healthy Guiness Cake for my Birthday tomorrow. I use Monkfruit and almond flour and sour cream frosting and top it withzz blueberries and raspberries. I'll take a pic tomorrow.
