Well I'm back to basics. Just hired a fitness coach for weekly checkins. I hope to fire her in a month and just use this site and my fellow fatsecret warriors as motivation and accountability. I ate reasonably well today and will do yoga by the beach tomorrow and go for a walk. Feeling a little low energy but this will pass. I need to limit calories to 1800 or less a day and nothing after 6. Goal is 190 by Xmas. Weight training 5 days a week and walking 3 days a week. Eating lots of fresh fish tacos, spinach/protein shakes and lots of veg.zf9zzf9f9z zF
