Hi everyone, do you guys eat less calories than the app recommends? Example - The app says I should eat 1800 to lose weight but I eat 1600. What are your results?

it recommends 2000, but it’s too much for me.. I eat 1200-1800.

I started on 1600, thats what app recommended, I soon dropped it down, just 100 at a time so as I didn't notice it too much, I'm on 1300 now. I lose very slowly but that's the way I want it, I feel I have a better chance of it staying off if I lose slowly xx
