Thank you Benita but I lost it the wrong way. I did Keto diet for 1.5 yrs and all that red meat and cheese messed up my gut because from Jan. 28, 2022 to May I had Diverticulitis 3xs! Each time I had it, Dr. Advised I be on liquid diet for 3 to 4 days then start up low fiber foods slowly. Each time I lost weight which I didn't want :( . I'm now where I want to be gaining it back so now just have to watch my carb intake. Thank you for your support! ❤️

Just an FYI, I started Keto diet to get Bloodsugar under control because I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I saw a Nutritionist and told her I was doing Keto diet. She gave me a booklet to follow regarding carb counting and I managed to get A1C county to Prediabetic! After my first bout with Diverticulitis, carb counting fell to the side so I could focus on gut. Now I am Pescaterian with most focus on Vegetarian!
