I'm feeling discouraged. I've been under calories and exercising and no drop in a few days. I know it's not a huge deal, but ughhhhh!!!! Thinking of adding IF.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 38.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
