After I year of yo-yo metabolism I came back to my heaviest weight. I even went to 50kg once but here we are here again.
Nicely I want to restart and go till my goal with no comebacks.
My new first day.
63 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
