went on holiday for 3 weeks in europe (food was great) and definitely thought i was gonna gain
we did a lot of walking and we still went on runs but i barely did any workouts which is probably why i lost - the majority of what i lost was muscle 🙈
anyways now im back and i plan on gaining the muscle back 😌
66.5 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
