I have joined the gym, just doing cardio so treadmill and bike, and increased calories a bit so I can stick to it and not keep cheating lol

Well its clearly working well for you 🙂
I would love to join a gym, but funds and 'gymtimidation' prevent it at the moment.

Thanks ! I am only eating food that adds value, now that probs sounds odd, but focusing on real food and not processed food that just makes me crave more ! That said I appreciate its not easy you have to find time to cook from scratch everyday, with that and the gym the rest of my life has gone to pot ! And as to the gym I totally get you, just been and it was busy, I felt so self conscious going to try and aim for early mornings

I get that completely. I stopped eating processed foods last year.
I'm lucky that I have the luxury of time to prepare my food from scratch, which I get is where the convenience of manufactured 'food' comes in for alot of folk, sadly at the cost of decent nutrition.
