been off the wagon... drinking, not exercising. I'm getting back on track today. intense cardio for 1 hr, 30 minutes of weight lifting. now I can't move. hoping to get back down and make some real progress again.
110.2 kg Lost so far: 35.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.5 kg a Week
