Hi peeps,
So I’m down 8kgs so far with another 2kgs to go to reach my intermediate goal weight of 65kgs. I have now been told I have high cholesterol and need to manage my diet even closer- anyone have any tips/ recipes to reduce cholesterol?
67 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

It's a trap! Don't do it. Most doctors have it wrong. Cholesterol is not bad for you. In fact low cholesterol is actually worse. There are many great books on this and you'd be doing yourself the greatest favour by doing some more research on it. Good luck and congrats on your weight loss 👏🏼🥳

There are alternative ways, says me the junk foodie, there are non-chemical ways. I will get there too.

Ok so this makes me so made at doctors. When you are losing weight your cholesterol will be high! You are losing fat so there is more fat circulating in your blood. Test your levels again after you are on maintenance and they would have normalized. It is so unethical for a doctor to say you need to lower your cholesterol without doing at least 3 tests and to take weightloss into account 🤦🏻‍♀️

I agree with Jaxanne, high cholesterol is not a bad health crisis. Like all the other lies we have been fed on every aspect of life, we have accepted a lie as truth, just to enrich the pharmaceutical industry. Please do your own research, you will be amazed.
