Obviously, I am eating a maintenance diet. I guess it could be worse.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

are you doing the new pro points or the old points system - i am following the old points system my optician did the new one and found it really hard to lose weight on it so she has gone back to the old points. I have just signed myself up to give zumba for beginners a go in july - will have to see how it goes as have osteo arthritis in my feet looks like it could be fun - had my spa weekend which was fab ate and dranks far too much and this weekend is my little boys birthday so will eat and drink too much then - will probably leave it a couple of weeks before i dare to weigh in again - stick with it, maybe the wrong time of the month???
