Starting off with GM diet today!!!
92.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I never heard of that diet before. I looked it up now and man, that diet is horrible. You will be starving and you will be miserable. In the comments that I read under the diet instructions is that they all gained the weight back. It's not sustainable. Like when you are sick and lose weight but as soon as you get better you get back to the good old you. Anyways, tell us how it's going for you in your journal.
