Hello, I am stuck at 74.9 kg. I have no idea what else I can do for loosing more weight, I been thinking I need to do more exercise. I am on 600 - 700 kcal

I see some guidence 20 April, low carb works as does removing sugars. FS tracks these well, change and maintaining it is hard and at times, sux. Find some good foodstuff you'll like and see how that works.
