Have made my own soup for lunch.Carrots,brocolli,1/2 courgette.1/2 yellow pepper,dried crushed chillies,black pepper,herbs,1tsp boullion,and 3 cloves garlic.Looks vile blended (green!),tastes okay! Have had a choc chip cookie,small bowl soup,and a satsuma today so far (4pm) done a lot of cycling and walking.Taken a pic which i will do once a month so I can see the difference.
71.5 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
