Got to stop eating at night

I find a great way to help with night eating is to munch on an apple high in water and fibre and low calories keep it up you'll get there

Don't drink coffee too late in the day too as this will cause you to want to eat, especially sweet things. Infact, have a glass of water when you feel hungry as you are probably dehydrated which masks itself as hunger pangs. The water will also give you the effect of eating and fill you up.
