It’s been a month and a half easing up in my workout routine and waiting for this blood clot to clear 🫤 WooHoo! Finally reached a regular workout again. Luckily I stuck with walking and upper body toning so I didn’t gain too much 🙂
Can’t wait to reach the 150’s again, I can see it, I can taste it 😉
73.1 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
