I have to view my food intake more reasonably. I've been on such a reduced calorie diet for so long, that eating a reasonable amount of food seems completely unreasonable now :P
I thought I ate like hell last night with dinner, and I guess I sorta did since I had 784 calories for dinner (including Pepsi) and I should have had closer to 400...but I still only had 1524 for the day, and that's perfectly reasonable...but since I have a skewed view of calories right now, I ended up walking an extra hour on the treadmill last night...That's not a bad thing, since it did help me lose weight, but I have to put things into proper perspective and realize that 1500 calories is still a very reasonable intake, whereas I've been trying to keep it in the 1000-1200 range.
I do, however, have to do my hour of walking today...so I'll do that now...
