yep, i had a gain this week, not too worried about it, i stuck to my diet all week, but it's that wonderful time of month when i can blame it on water retention. it's frustrating but i know that it's not because i screwed up, so i'm not happy but i know next week all should be back to normal and hopefully will have a better weigh-in. my husband and i have plans to go out with friends for dinner and i'm going to allow myself to enjoy and then the rest of the week back to brass tactics. anyway looking forward to tonight!
