Feeling quite discouraged today 😒. Every time I think I'm getting close to breaking through to the 80's, I gain weight instead.
91 kg Lost so far: 28.7 kg.    Still to go: 21 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

That's so frustrating, I really feel your pain. Just keep moving forward and don't let this stop you from the healthy eating habits you've built to get as far as you've come. Look to where you were 28kg ago and compare that to where you are now. Your amazing for having lost that much!

I think our subconscious sabotages us when we think a breakthrough is close. Same is happening to me right now.

I think sometimes when we are very close to a certain milestone we get a little anxious. Hang in there, trust me you’re not alone, you will get it soon. Congrats on the loss so far.🌻

Do you know HOW CLOSE you ARE? You've got this. Remeber: E+T=R Effort over a period of Time WILL give you Results. Don't even stress about your scale. Just keep putting in the effort and in time... BOOM!!! 80kg

I use to hate this feeling. 30 percent of it is also a mental thing. Think positive and you'll see positive results !!

Its not a major weight gain . It could be that you’re holding water , bloated or didn’t get enough sleep .
