Moving along again breaking a mini stall at 157 for the last two weeks. We are finally getting some warm spring weather here. I need to step up my outdoor exercise schedule and keep improving on what I eat.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
