Been up and down around 137 lately. I was pretty happy with it since running has been difficult in the heat. Then I was reminded that my ideal range is from 120 to 132, so I am back on track to drop another 5 lbs this month. I have been watching a lot of food documentaries, and I am going to try cutting back on my carbs. And that is tough for me to say when I have an obsession with all things pasta, rice and bakery... but the evidence for insulin spiking and gluconeogensis (energy storage) is undeniable. So here goes a new chapter of low carb flexitarianism!
