My hard work this past week has finally shown its results. I actually fit into a pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear for 10 years, I actually cried when they zipped and buttoned.

70.7 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg. Still to go: 7.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.6 kg a Week

I understand the sentiment! I am currently wearing a pair of cutoffs that I haven't been able to wear for 19 years! I kept them on the front of my closet shelf so they could challenge me! Congrats! It feels great to Win the battle!
