hi everyone, hope all is well today :). burnt my bacon this morning, ate it anyway lol.`i'm back to basics. trying to stay on induction. i quit beating myself up, and realized that this is not gonna happen overnight. it is a new way of life and i'am going to embrace it.

Hi Kitty: Good for you at being patient. Believe me I know what you mean about beating yourself up... Just think it may have taken years and years to get to where we are at, but it is going to take months (sounds easier) to get us back to where we want to be. Happy Losses!
