Making minor changes to my diet and seeing some changes (also stopped binging everyday)

Been weighing myself almost daily to keep accountable
126.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
