At the end of cycle 3, I’ve reached my first short-term goal of getting under 300 pounds! This drop was since April 8, so about a month. My goal is to weigh in on 10-day cycles, but I dropped off for a couple weeks after the second cycle. Anyway, I’m glad to see this drop!
