These challenges I'm particapating in are helping me remind myself of my goals and what to do. I still feel like i'm getting no where fast, but I still haev lots of time to work harder.

Breakfast- Multi-grain cheerios, soymilk, 1/4 cup blueberries
Lunch- Strawberry and banana yogurt (Lite and Fit)
Snack- Fruit leather
Dinner- Meatless patty, whole wheat sandwhich thins, tsp salsa, cabbage and 1/4 cup of peas
Snack- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

And yet I always fix my husband something different.
47.1 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
