I have let stress get the best of me. I am cutting the sugar at night. And back to the gym....there is only one me and I need to take care of it.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Sugar at night has been my downfall for a few weeks now! I am trying to stick towards healthy nightime snacks - I know we can do it !!!!!!
