Went away for the wknd & ate/drank a lil extra but got lots of walking in so balanced out. Only gained 2 lbs and already lost that plus 2 more!!!
61.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
