This must be water weight or something since it’s only been a few days on this diet. Maybe i was eating more than I thought before and that was weighing me down? Regardless, feels good to see these numbers.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Salt intake can really add on water weight. Maybe you ate Chinese food, or lots of processed food? Just drink lots of water and be mindful of sodium intake!

You know? That might be it because I also started watching my sodium intake. I noticed that I was always thirsty and there’s a crazy amount of sodium in processed food. I’ve never dieted before so it’s reinforcing to see results from my diet changes.
