Unfortunately it seems December has snowballed and now, it's all caught up with me... but I'm not going to get discouraged. This is a long term investment in my health and I'm starting anew today.💪
67 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
