For three days I’ve been dealing with swollen and painful varicose veins on my right calf. I’ve had these veins since early 30’s but have never felt any pain. Oh boy!! Almost went to the emergency room but used compression socks and today I could actually do my yoga again. Still have a burn in the leg but am doing so much better!! Hopefully this doesn’t set me back on my healthy path I’ve fought so hard to stay on 👀🤨🙂
73.4 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
