Day 4 of Induction. Yesterday I felt kinda crappy - Atkins flu? A little headachy, kind of floaty. And a bit cranky. Today is better. Just a bit hungry. Tuesday and Wednesday I walked Charlie and Bailey. On Monday I did Turbo Training B. Tomorrow I'll do A. Today I'm walking with Sioux-z.
60.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

It could be a little bit of Atkins flu but you might also want to boost your calories up a bit. Women need about 1500-1700 per day. This may help with your feelings of hunger. If you feel flu like, try some chicken broth a couple times a day This helps a lot for the salt intake. Otherwise your diet menu looks great. I had the Atkins flu for 2 days but it went away and I haven't looked back! Keep up the good work my friene!

you should be starting to feel better day by day. Also, don't forget to get a lot of good fat in, I that is hard to do since we're grilled on how bad fat is for us. You have to change your way of thinking.
