Ja, toevallig gisteren gaan uiteten en weegschaal van mn vriend die (denk ik) ongeveer een halve kilo hoger is en die heb ik al verrekend 😊.
Rest van de afgelopen week niet 'echt gezondigd' dus blijft frustrerend hoe moeilijk t nu gaat.
